Job Description

• Build and grow a team of world-class Business Development Representatives with an eye toward maximizing team efficiency and supporting team members’ career growth • Institutionalize outbound excellence at Garner by defining key workflows, setting the bar for what great messaging looks like, understanding the pain of our key personas, and leveraging a concert of channels to maximize connections • Exceed new meeting and pipeline generation targets and advocate for the resources your team needs to continually grow productivity • Build a hierarchy of team metrics that creates a clear picture of team performance and supports easy inspection of individual team member performance, diagnosis of underperformance, and forecasting of future performance • Understand the addressable market, track key contacts, and design territories to maximize productivity and capacity • Improve Garner’s brand reputation by continuously raising the bar on prospect experience

Job Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience leading BDR/SDR teams in a high-growth B2B SaaS or similar environment
  • Demonstrated success building and/or scaling a global BDR/SDR org while maintaining ≥ 100% quota attainment
  • A deep understanding of modern prospecting technology (e.g., ZoomInfo, Outreach, Salesforce, BenefitFlow) and best practices
  • Experience building an ABM-style outreach motion into Enterprise-sized organizations
  • Experience reaching CHRO, CFO, and Benefit Leader personas is highly preferred.
