Job Description
• Manage a consultative sales pipeline for tax solutions, focusing on large enterprises;
• Act as the tax specialist in negotiations, explaining the impacts of ICMS, DIFAL, social security (Previdenciário) and other corporate taxes on clients' operations;
• Prospect and develop new business, ensuring a structured sales process with a high level of consultative engagement;
• Collaborate with internal teams such as Marketing, Pre-Sales and Tax Consulting to optimize the conversion funnel;
• Monitor trends and changes in tax legislation to anticipate market opportunities and pain points;
• Lead meetings and presentations for C-level executives and clients' tax teams;
• Negotiate contracts, margins and commercial terms strategically and assertively.
Job Requirements
- Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in the tax segment or fiscal solutions;
- Advanced knowledge of ICMS, DIFAL, social security (Previdenciário) and other corporate taxes;
- Experience in consultative and complex sales, dealing with multiple stakeholders;
- Analytical ability to interpret tax impacts and translate them into commercial opportunities;
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills to manage high-complexity processes;
- Experience with CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.) and sales methodologies (SPIN Selling, Challenger Sales, etc.);
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
