Job Description
• Drive revenue growth by securing new accounts and expanding existing ones
• Build consultative relationships with physicians, clinicians, and healthcare leaders
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to refine your strategy
• Consistently meet or exceed sales goals
• Provide accurate sales reporting and forecasts to the Regional Sales Director
• Collaborate with Sales Leadership, Market Access, and Customer Success
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required, master’s preferred
- 2–5 years of proven sales success in wound care space
- Track record of exceeding quota and earning top recognition
- Strong clinical presentation and data translation skills
- Ability to analyze markets, develop strategies, and present to executives and clinicians
- Self-motivated, organized, and independent
- Willingness to travel 50–70%
