Job Description

• Lead the technical implementation of key RCM initiatives including automated eligibility verification, expanded service support and flexible pricing. • Own critical RCM operations including benefits resolution, claim processing, direct charging, and bill management. • Coordinate billing requirements and dependencies across functional teams including Product, Operations and Finance. • Deliver improved analytics and observability ensuring integrity of billing activity. • Develop advanced tooling and automation to improve accuracy, reduce manual work and scale RCM operations.

Job Requirements

Tenured experience working in a startup environment (think ownership, agility, and innovation).
Self-motivation and a self-starting attitude.
Experience working with our stack (React/Typescript, Python/Django) or similar.
Experience with containerized environments (Docker or otherwise), Kubernetes, or similar is a plus.
Strong backend and database experience for SaaS applications.
Low ego and strong orientation to cross-functional work and stakeholder collaboration.
5-6+ years of engineering experience owning projects and building scalable products.
