• Lead the charge in evolving our enterprise-wide access governance strategy • Oversee the development and execution of a future-focused IAM roadmap • Manage a team of analysts and engineers dedicated to securing our environment, scaling operations, and meeting regulatory requirements • Build and execute a scalable IAM strategy that aligns with business needs, security best practices, and compliance frameworks • Oversee access management operations including provisioning, deprovisioning, entitlement reviews, and segregation of duties • Lead the modernization of IAM technologies, driving automation, cloud integration, and Zero Trust adoption • Collaborate with teams including HR, IT Operations, Cloud Engineering, and Information Security to align IAM with core processes • Maintain audit readiness and ensure compliance with SOX, GDPR, and PCI-DSS through strong governance and documentation • Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing IAM team, while managing vendor relationships and driving cross-functional initiatives
