Job Description

• Adheres to Integer’s Values and all safety, environmental, security, and quality requirements. • Coordinates the enterprise-wide demand planning process, ensuring alignment across functions and sites. • Develops and maintains governance frameworks, data protocols, tools, and templates to support demand planning practices. • Manages the recurring monthly demand planning calendar. • Facilitates the creation of an unconstrained consensus demand forecast in collaboration with various teams. • Delivers forecast analytics and insights to support strategic decisions. • Partners with Supply Planning, Operations, Finance, Engineering, and Commercial teams to integrate demand plans into supply planning. • Establishes and tracks key forecast performance metrics. • Continuously improves the planning process through root cause analysis and feedback loops.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum Education: Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, Business, Finance, or similar technical discipline.
  • APICS certification desirable. Masters preferred.
  • Minimum Experience: 10+ years in demand planning, forecasting or SIOP roles, ideally in MedTech, high-tech manufacturing.
  • Experience with advanced planning tools and statistical forecasting models.
  • Analytical mindset with Power BI, Tableau, or Excel modeling expertise.
