Job Requirements

8+ years of successful sales experience
5+ years in sales management within public safety or government agencies
Knowledge of Two-Way Radio, Land Mobile Radio, or critical communications is a significant plus
Strong ability to develop, coach, and motivate sales professionals in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
Exceptional skills in organization, communication, and revenue forecasting to drive business results
Ability to travel at least 30% of the time across the Mid-Atlantic region
