Job Description
• Lead new business pursuits with Higher Education prospect clients
• Work closely with Sales and Facilities Leadership Teams in developing overall sales strategies
• Drive sales process leadership from prospecting contact through strategy, proposal, presentation and successful closure of Integrated Facilities Services project
• Create and develop relationships with Higher Education prospects/clients
• Research, identify, qualify, and target potential clients
• Develop and maintain relationships with key prospect/client personas
• Influence and develop team members without formal authority
• Represent Aramark Facilities Services in the marketplace at various industry organizations and events
Job Requirements
- BA/BS is required for this position
- MBA favorable
- 5 years of solution-based selling experience
- Knowledge of CRM systems - preferably Salesforce
- Working knowledge of all Microsoft Office applications
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Presentation skills
- Computer skills, including proposal development
- Demonstrates a solid understanding of custodial and maintenance services
