Job Description
• Develop, implement, and manage paid social media advertising campaigns to drive brand awareness, engagement, traffic, and conversions
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand campaign objectives and target audience
• Develop paid social media strategies aligned with client goals and create detailed campaign plans including budget allocation and ad creative
• Set up and manage paid social campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and other platforms
• Create and optimize ad content, including ad copy, images, and videos; monitor ad performance and adjust to optimize CTR, CPC, ROAS
• Conduct audience research and segmentation; implement retargeting and lookalike audience strategies
• Collaborate with creative teams to develop ad content that aligns with brand guidelines
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance using social media analytics tools; generate regular reports and provide recommendations for optimization
• Stay informed about industry trends and platform updates and recommend new strategies and features as needed
• Occasional collaboration with creative teams and flexibility to adapt to changing client needs
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or related field
- Proven experience (typically 2+ years) in paid social media advertising
- Marketing Agency experience required
- Certification in social media advertising platforms (e.g., Facebook Blueprint) is a plus
- Working knowledge of programmatic advertising and DSP platforms like StackAdapt is a plus
- Knowledge of A/B testing and optimization techniques
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Creative thinking and ability to develop engaging ad content
- Familiarity with social media management and scheduling tools
- This role is required to be based in the US or Canada
