Job Description
• Forge and maintain strategic relationships with senior leaders across government, defense, and politics to position Phillips as an indispensable partner for Air Force and DOD missions.
• Anticipate and influence emerging needs of the Air Force and military; translate high-level dialogue and strategic intelligence into actionable capture strategies.
• Guide capture teams with compelling value propositions and deep understanding of government customer priorities.
• Serve as a trusted advisor and thought leader to government stakeholders and internal teams.
• Drive enterprise growth by championing long-term strategic initiatives within DOD and Air Force, expanding contract vehicles and building enduring pipelines.
• Directly contribute to breakthrough revenue and mission outcomes through capture and business development activities.
Job Requirements
- 5 years or more of experience in direct federal business development of high-value opportunities, or equivalent multi-year, multimillion-dollar contracts.
- Willingness to travel 80% or more throughout the United States
- CAD/CAM knowledge and experience is a plus
- Expert knowledge of government procurement processes, systems and regulations
- Program and project management experience
- Current US passport or the ability to obtain one upon acceptance of an offer
