• The Field Training Consultant partners with franchisees and operations leaders to identify learning opportunities and deliver scalable training solutions that drive business results. • This role focuses on transitioning from traditional compliance-based training to capability-building approaches that improve operational performance, reduce turnover, and strengthen culture. • This role leverages store performance data to consult with franchisees and hold them accountable for training outcomes. • The consultant primarily facilitates virtual learning experiences—supported by data-driven insights—to ensure managers and teams gain the skills needed for success and to scale training across the system. • Occasional in-person facilitation may be required. • Using adult learning principles and adapting to diverse learning styles, the consultant ensures participants achieve measurable outcomes that impact profitability and growth.
