Job Description

• Assist with needs assessment, discovery, design, development, and implementation of training programs • Create relevant and easily searchable procedural documents, manuals, and technical documents, applying appropriate keywords and following document Styles & Standards • Respond in a timely manner to feedback requests, including research, vetting, and incorporating feedback • Foster strong working relationships with key business departments by attending partner department meetings, workgroup meetings, and stakeholder meetings • Conduct regular audits to ensure all documents are up-to-date and accurately reflect current business processes, ensuring a consistent experience • Help onboard new specialists and mentor peers • Support continuous improvement by flagging gaps, identifying broken processes, and recommending solutions • Actively participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and effectiveness

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in education or related field, or equivalent experience
  • 1-3 years relevant experience in a training and development position, preferably in health care industry
  • Strong presentation, facilitation and classroom management skills
  • Strong written, verbal communication and consultation skills
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills
  • Ability to adjust to changing priorities and environments
  • Ability to master new technical and business knowledge to meet the needs of the business
