Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in education or related field, or equivalent experience
- 1-3 years relevant experience in a training and development position, preferably in health care industry
- Strong presentation, facilitation and classroom management skills
- Strong written, verbal communication and consultation skills
- Strong organizational and analytical skills
- Ability to adjust to changing priorities and environments
- Ability to master new technical and business knowledge to meet the needs of the business
