Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Digital Media, or a related field — or equivalent professional experience
- 5+ years of experience in social content strategy, social media management, or digital content roles with measurable results
- Strong understanding of how social content supports engagement, brand, and business goals
- Excellent written communication skills with the ability to adapt tone for different platforms and audiences
- Highly organized, dependable, and comfortable managing multiple timelines and stakeholders.
- Advanced degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred)
- Professional certifications (e.g., Meta Blueprint, Google Analytics, HubSpot Content Marketing) (preferred)
- Experience with enterprise social management tools and cross-channel campaign execution (preferred)
- A continuous growth-mindset, with a focus on learning, embracing challenges, and continuously improving. (preferred)
