Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
8+ years of experience in organizational change, or operations with safety responsibility, or in an industrial consulting role, or in a safety role.
CSP or equivalent, LEAN Green/Black Belt preferred.
Demonstrated cognitive flexibility.
Ability to successfully navigate client ambiguity.
Fluency in applying effective change management.
Ability to develop others.
