Job Description

• Act as the primary advocate for clients during escalated support situations. • Lead client handovers from Implementation to Support. • Conduct quarterly success reviews for premium support clients. • Develop strong, trust-based relationships with client stakeholders. • Utilize analytics to monitor customer health and identify trends. • Use AI tools to prepare client summaries and manage escalation workflows. • Partner with internal teams to address complex client challenges.
