• Execute planning, coordination, and delivery of experiential, mentoring, and coaching programs to ensure consistent, high-quality implementation • Lead end-to-end project management initiatives within the PM Development portfolio • Own and maintain master program trackers, calendars, rosters, templates, and communications • Manage volunteer interest pipelines to ensure adequate resourcing and alignment with program needs • Drive continuous improvement by benchmarking against industry best practices and applying feedback, data, and evaluation insights • Provide ad-hoc operational support, as needed, to include assistance in scheduling, logistics, event coordination, and follow-up activities • Ensure all deliverables reflect and uphold the PM Development team’s reputation for excellence • Travel, up to 20%, to participate in domestic business engagements
