Job Description

• You ensure new hires feel welcomed, prepared, and empowered to succeed from day one through a seamless onboarding experience. • You support continuous professional growth and development by managing TEECOM Grow programs, Bravely coaching, and training journeys that enable team members to build skills and advance their careers. • You create smooth, organized, and respectful transitions for departing team members through thoughtful offboarding processes. • You empower team members to find answers and navigate People Operations processes independently through responsive support and clear guidance. • You strengthen team member experience by gathering feedback through onboarding checkpoints, Stay Interviews, and Exit Interviews that drive continuous improvement. • You create clarity, consistency, and transparency across the organization through well-crafted People Operations documentation. • You strengthen operational efficiency by identifying process gaps and collaborating with the team to implement improvements. • You enable consistent team member development through well-maintained training programs with up-to-date content and clear progress tracking. • You preserve organizational knowledge through accurate, accessible People Operations systems with secure compliance documentation. • You enable TEECOM to scale effectively by executing People Operations processes with operational rigor while continuously refining workflows. • You strengthen the team’s collective capability by providing indirect mentorship to anyone seeking guidance on People Operations matters. • You build trust and demonstrate TEECOM’s values in action by aligning your actions with your words in every interaction. • You help TEECOM stay current and competitive by staying updated on People Operations trends, best practices, and regulatory changes. • You manage onboarding, offboarding, and other lifecycle processes smoothly, with team members feeling supported and empowered at every stage of their journey. • You execute essential personnel activities—promotions, transfers, bonuses, information updates, and manager changes—accurately and efficiently. • You manage and monitor help tickets to ensure prompt and effective resolution of team member inquiries and concerns. • You identify workflow gaps and address them in collaboration with the team and leadership to improve process efficiency. • You demonstrate commitment to improving the quality, accuracy, and usability of People Operations documentation, ensuring it supports consistency and efficiency across the team. • You provide timely, clear, and supportive responses to employee inquiries, conveying information in a manner that is easy to understand. • You maintain People Operations systems that are up-to-date and reliable, with compliance documentation securely stored and readily accessible. • You handle all documentation, processes, and communications with precision, ensuring accuracy and reliability in every aspect of the role. • You demonstrate continuous learning by staying updated on People Operations trends, best practices, and changes in employment laws and regulations. • You adapt effectively to high volume growth periods, maintaining quality and responsiveness while scaling processes to support increasing team size. • You are a team player with a great attitude, approaching work with a collaborative, solutions-oriented mindset, stepping in to support teammates and team priorities as needs arise and willingly taking on new challenges or projects. • You model TEECOM’s Core Values—Care, Trust, and Value—through responsive support, professional communication, and dependable execution.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; or equivalent experience in HR operations or employee lifecycle management
  • 3+ years of experience in HR operations or employee lifecycle management with demonstrated capability in onboarding, offboarding, and process management
  • Experience with BambooHR or similar HRIS platforms; proven ability to manage multiple processes simultaneously; experience creating training content or documentation; exposure to compliance requirements
  • Working knowledge of best practices in onboarding, offboarding, and other employee lifecycle activities with ability to research unfamiliar areas and apply insights to improve processes and ensure compliance
  • Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills with proven ability to develop clear and well-structured process documentation aligned with company standards
  • Experience maintaining accurate, up-to-date HR systems with attention to data security, accessibility, and operational rigor
  • Strong problem-solving capacity to identify challenges, propose solutions, and make data-driven recommendations with sound judgment in daily decisions
  • Exceptional attention to detail in data processing and all aspects of work with flexibility to adapt to shifting priorities and ability to prioritize and complete simultaneous projects
  • Strong proficiency in HR Information Systems (BambooHR or similar), Microsoft 365 Suite, Google Workspace, and Slack; familiarity with GitHub for documentation management — plus
  • Industry certifications preferred but not required: PHR (Professional in Human Resources) — preferred
  • SHRM-CP (Society for Human Resource Management Certified Professional) — preferred
