Job Description
ABOUT US
HirexHire (pronounced hire by hire) is a Chicago-based recruiting and talent consultancy that integrates with companies short-term to provide long-term talent solutions. We take a seat in our client’s everyday operations to understand their people's goals, gaps, and challenges. We then develop and implement the processes and technologies to execute a sustainable and scalable talent plan.
We partner with companies expecting or experiencing high growth which need to hire at scale or fill a critical role rapidly. Our clients are not looking for quick-fix placements but are thoughtfully building a hiring strategy to scale their businesses.
Location: Remote
Company Size: 5 employees
ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Recruiting Coordinator, your focus is on supporting all aspects of the full lifecycle recruiting process in collaboration with our Recruiting Consultants, clients, and candidates. You can expect to help write job descriptions and manage job postings, source and screen resumes, coordinate interviews, and create, send, and collect offers and onboarding documents for our customers.
This person will be one of two primary contact points for our client's information related to candidates in the process, interview scheduling, and overall pipeline activity and metrics. There will be many different people to meet and work with so we look for candidates genuinely interested in your client’s teams and cultures and the needs of others. Our team is small and growing, so you can expect to wear many hats and take ownership of broader organizational initiatives to improve our operations and services.
