Job Description

• Maintain a high-performance work ethic, working Monday through Saturday • Execute and follow their established and proven sales process consistently • Participate in daily coaching and training sessions to sharpen sales skills • Own and manage the full sales pipeline, including disciplined follow-up • Handle administrative tasks related to sales data and performance tracking • Collaborate closely with the sales team and contribute to a strong team culture

Job Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience in transactional sales, ideally selling to SMBs
  • Strong ability to self-manage time, priorities, and daily workload
  • Willingness to learn, adapt, and implement new sales processes
  • Exceptional phone communication skills (non-negotiable)
  • Clear, confident, and professional communication skills in English
  • Comfortable using CRM systems and remote collaboration tools
